Todd Dalotto is a cannabis industry consultant, horticultural scientist, public policy advisor, and expert witness specializing in medicinal cannabis. He earned a horticultural research degree from Oregon State University, is Chair of the Oregon Health Authority’s Advisory Committee on Medical Marijuana, chairs the ACMM’s Horticulture, Research & Safety Committee, and helped draft the regulations for Oregon’s licensed dispensary law. Todd founded the first hemp food business in the U.S., authored the world’s first hemp cookbook, and founded Oregon’s first cannabis medical clinic, education & support center. He is currently president of CAN! Research, Education & Consulting in Corvallis, Oregon, where he innovates and implements protocol for the scientific research of cannabis, teaches, and consults cannabis industry businesses.
